The hotel's location is perfect for local attractions and the airport. The surrounding vibe is rich with culture and history.

I experienced several issues with the staff's attitude and service quality. After my late check-in, communication was severely lacking, and staff seemed indifferent when I struggled with my luggage. The cleanliness of the pool left much to be desired, as I noticed dirt floating around, disappointing.

I arrived late and was happy to find a cute 24-hour front desk. The free WiFi helped me stay connected, and the continental breakfast offered a nice start to my day. I appreciated the outdoor pool, a refreshing spot to unwind after exploring.

The restaurant menu could be more diverse, as it mainly focused on North African dishes. Noise from nearby events was noticeable at times, hard to relax in my room.

The people at the front desk woudl've been better off giving me directions to a roadside motel! No one helped when the shower flooded, and I was told breakfast at 8am was "normal. " I expected a complimentary upgrade for all the hassle but received none. All I got was an uncomfy bed to complain about.
